    60 minute interactive discussions with breakout participants to gather similar ideas from other folk in the room
    15 minutes to develop issues that collective group needs to tackle
  • 12:30 – 2:00 PM LUNCH AND OPEN DIALOGUE
    Lunch provided on site; cash donations for food welcomed
  • 2:00 – 3:00 PM PLENARY STRATEGY SESSION
    Setting up the process of converging: participants present compelling topics they want to tackle (from case studies, from pre-questionnaire, from lunch discussions); participants choose which discussions to join
  • 3:15 – 5:45 PM BREAKOUT STRATEGY SESSIONS
    Multiple opportunities for exchange: creative analysis, workshops, open discussions, you name it (tools for facilitation available)
  • 6:00 – 8:00 PM DINNER on your own
